- The above rates are applicable for any 7 hour period between 8AM and 10PM. Morning event start at 8AM and evening event should not extend beyond 5AM.
- Rates are inclusive of electricity charges and use of big and small pavillions, poolside and parking area.
B. Cleaning Bond
- A cleaning bond of Php 5,000 will be charged refundable only upon clearance from resort authorities.
C. Additional Charges.
Php 1,000 - electrical charge for sound system and/or video coverage facilities.
Php 2,000 - electrical charge for mobile disco facilities.
Php 3,000 - electrical charge for band facilities
D. Optional Charges
Php 1,000 - rental for small gazebo tent
Php 2,000 - rental for big gazebo tent
Php 1,200 - rental for videoke
E. Reservation and Payment
- Reservation fee is Php 10,000. Php 5,000 will serve as a bond refundable at the end of an event if no damage are incurred, intentional or accidental by guest of clients. The remaining balance of Php 5,000 will be included in the final payment.
- Full Payment must be made one week before the scheduled event.
Note: Postponement or rescheduling of the event without penalty can only be made from the date of reservation up to 3 months before the original event date otherwise a penalty of 15% of the Original transaction cost or new tariff whichever is higher will be applied.
- Client who postpone the event indefinitely shall forfeit their payments after the original event date.
- Reservation fee is non-refundable if cancellation was made 30 days after the reservation date.
F. Restrictions
- No two events will be hosted simultaneously.
- Waste segregation is strictly enforced.
